THE 69 EYES - New Album Scheduled For March 5th

Finland's THE 69 EYES have issued the following update:
"The 69 Eyes new album Angels is finally ready!!! The final track listing is: 'Angels', 'Never Say Die', 'Rocker', 'Ghost', 'Perfect Skin', 'Wings & Hearts', 'Star Of Fate', 'Los Angeles', 'In My Name', 'Shadow Of Your Love', 'Frankenhooker'.It will be out through Virgin/EMI on March 5th, 2007. The limited edition will include a bonus DVD containing 'Perfect Skin' video, a five-song live from Hollywood’s Whisky a Go-Go in 2006 and On The Route 69 short film based on Ville Juurikkala’s photos.
The album was produced by Hiili Hiilesmaa and Johnny Lee Michaels – the same infamous team that brought you Devils.
The first single pick is 'Perfect Skin' – the video for it was directed by Ralf Strathmann and it was filmed in Hollywood in the mid October 2006. You can watch the video here. The commercial release of the single will be in January/February 2007, depending on your country. The additional tracks on the single will be live versions of 'Devils', 'Christina Death' and 'I Just Want to Have Something to Do' (RAMONES cover) recorded at Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood in March 2006.
The 69 Eyes are VERY proud to announce that legendary Cleopatra Records is releasing their entire back catalogue in the USA!!! Framed In Blood- The Very Blessed Of… compilation CD, Helsinki Vampires live + videos DVD and the albums Paris Kills and Blessed Be are already out!!! More will follow during the year.
Back on the Route 69: The 69 Eyes will tour in the US & Canada as a support band for CRADLE OF FILTH from January 23rd to March 3rd, 2007. So, see you all American blood suckers very sooon!
