Europe announced today (February 5th) that it will be performing at the UPop@Abbey Road Sessions on Feb. 14, 2007 in London, UK. Europe will be showcased among some of the hottest global recording artists in a four-day international broadcast event, sponsored by WORLDSPACE® Satellite Radio, one of the world leaders in satellite-based digital radio services.

“For us this is a great tribute to come to Abbey Road to rock the room that has hosted so many great bands over the years” says Joey Tempest vocalist of multimillion, multiplatinum act Europe and writer of the classic anthem 'The Final Countdown'.

The sessions will take place Feb. 12 – 15, 2007 in Studio 2 at Abbey Road, the legendary recording studio of The Beatles, and will be hosted by Ted Kelly, vice president, content marketing, for WORLDSPACE Satellite Radio.
