AMERICAN DOG frontman Michael Hannon has issued the following update in regard to the progress being made on the band's new album titled Hard:

"We have half of the CD mixed, after the rest is mixed, we'll sequence the damn thing. Then off it goes to get pressed. I'd imagine to have it for ya by mid to late March."

Produced by Joe Viers and recorded at John Schwab Studios in Columbus, Ohio, "all, some and none of these songs may make the final cut:" 'No Pity', 'Sometimes You Eat the Pussy', 'Little Short', 'Rock-N-Roll Dog', 'Another Day In Paradise', 'Bloodsucker', 'Beaten, Broke, Etc', 'You Put A Spell On Me', 'Hypnotized', 'Long Time Comin', 'Magnificent Bastard' and 'Stubborn Mule'. An undisclosed cover song was also recorded.

Although the cover art has not yet been revealed, Hannon states, "we have a packaging design that will top the original Six Pack!"
