DARK HAVEN, who took the #1 spot in BW&BK;'s 2006 list of Brave Underground/indie submissions, has issued the following update:

"We are on the brink of our second national tour in 6 months and excited doesn’t begin to explain it. We are doing 30 shows in 32 days! We hope to still be standing by the end of this! We want to thank everyone out there that have provided us with all your support, have helped Rob from KillBox Media book this tour and all the fans that gave there input on where we should play. We also want to thank all the bands we will be playing with and to the ones who helped us land gigs! Whoracle, Gabriels Path, Stillborn to name a few.

We realize not all the venues are exactly what some people may have wanted, some being 21+ and we are sorry about that, but until the time comes when we can have more options available, we have to take what we can get. We truly appreciate the venues/clubs/bars who are willing to let us bring our metal to other parts of the country.

For those that have been fans for some time and may have caught the last tour, brace yourself for an all new blistering fucking set, we will be playing at least four new songs that we are sure you will give your opinion on, and we want it!

We plan to do a blog/journal for myspace and the main site. We will do our best to keep on top of it. We also want everyone who goes to the shows to send any pictures you take whether it’s of you and us, pictures of the pit, the stage, your devotion to Dark Haven, pictures of Amy, your girlfriend or better yet Amy and your girlfriend! Please include the date and city of the show in the subject line. By sending us your photo you release any of the rights to them so we can do whatever the hell we want with it.
