Diagrams, tablature and corresponding explanation shed light on each excercise. Warm up, stretching, strengthening and how to tell if you are getting better - its all there, and then some. I have included all of the exercises that I have used for years and still use today. These books are a comprehensive technique building tools for heavy metal minded guitarists at all levels.
