Italian Journalist Faces Charges Over DIMMU BORGIR Leak

BW&BK; has received the following press release:
"Six weeks prior to the European release date of the upcoming DIMMU BORGIR album In Sorte Diaboli on April 27th, the album appeared on a website featuring free downloads for everybody. Since press worldwide was supplied with individual download accounts for the music on the Nuclear Blast website instead of regular promotional CDs, the source was found very fast: it was the soundfiles of Luca Pessina, writer for the Metalitalia webzine and also news editor for the Italian issue of Metal Hammer, and his personal watermark could be found on the files. On behalf of Nuclear Blast legal steps are already in progress, and he could face charges and indemnity claims."In Sorte Diaboli will be released on April 24th (North America) and April 30th (UK) via Nuclear Blast Records.
