According to Femalefirst.co.uk, late THE WHO drummer Keith Moon enjoyed a bizarre pastime of dressing up as British monarch Queen Elizabeth II - and greeting fans from a specially adapted vehicle.
According to pal and fellow rocker ALICE COOPER, the outrageous British musician, who died in 1978, liked to be driven around the streets of LA posing as his favourite star.
Cooper says, "He had the roof taken off his Rolls-Royce and the interior pulled out and a throne put in.
"He then went up and down Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles standing up waving like the Queen. And sometimes he was the Queen - he would dress up like the Queen. Other days he would be (Adolf) Hitler."But he was so over the top you couldn't take him seriously. He would just decide who he wanted to be that day and just do his own parade."
