March 18, 2007, 17 years ago
IN FLAMES have issued the following updates from their current Scandinavian tour:
Friday, March 16th:
"We flew in from Gothenburg to the first show in Trondheim. The flight went well and we even managed to score some beers in Oslo during the layover. Finally in Trondheim we were sent off to an in-store signing and we got to meet some cool fans of ours, which is always nice to do.The show later that evening was a whole lot of fun. We did around 20 songs and it felt like we could do 20 more when the set was over. The audience was amazing. This was our first, but hopefully not last show in Trondheim."
Saturday, March 17th:
"We were supposed to do a show in Haugesund today but due to really bad weather some of the roads were blocked and we couldn’t get through in time so we had no chance but to cancel that show. Luckily, as we have an off-day coming up in a few days we were able to re-schedule it to the 21: st oMarch. Good thing cause we all hate cancelling shows.Around 18.00 we got to Bergen were we had an off-day. We went out for dinner at this Italian place and it was great. Expensive, but great. Then Björn, Anders, Biffen and myself went to a local bar called Garage for some beers and some entertainment in the form of a Swedish folk singer named Stefan Sundström. He was great and the night was great too.
After this we headed back to the bus for some bunk time."
Cheers/Peter
