Since my promo had the frickin' wrong titles and many people have no clue what the stuff is about I decided to come up with an outline. This will go out with the North American promo copies. I wanted to put it here so that anyone who has the CD can get an idea of what I am singing about and anyone who doesn't can know what to look forward to!

I started with a simple dictionary definition of 'Pins and Needles':

Definition: tingling sensation in body part: a tingling sensation in a limb recovering from numbness, especially in the feet or hands, sometimes experienced when a temporarily restricted blood flow to the affected body parts returns to normal ( takes a singular or plural verb).

1 – 'Pins And Needles' – Life has much adversity, tragedy and emotional challenges. In time you become numb to many situations that may have previously been extremely disturbing.
2 – '66' – The Detroit Behavior Scale shows the 66 items in respect to possible psychological and emotional implications for behavior. 66 items which are known to be significant in the diagnosis of behavior malfunctions.
3 – 'Reach Out And Torment Again' – Taken from the old Bell Telephone 'Reach Out And Touch Someone', the Doctor Butcher CD hosted 'Reach Out And Torment Someone'. Pins and Needles hosts the sequel.
4 – 'Walls' – There are many walls in the world. In the world of substance abuse people can hide behind many different types of Walls…many of these Walls provide false comfort, words of love from the dead mouths of thee!!!
5 – 'It’s SAD' – After nearly 20 years with the band Savatage I have experienced many ups and downs. Many things have changed. No bigger change happened to Savatage after the death of Criss Oliva.
6 – 'Y.G.B.F.K.M.' – Self explanatory! Buy a new car, drive it to the store, come out and someone had scratched your car when you were inside…the first words you utter may very well be 'You’ve Gotta Be Fucking Kidding Me!' I am sure you thought this today about something!
7 – 'Chained' – There are many people taken from this world unexpectedly. Natural disaster, car accidents, suicide bombs. There are many people left grieving. The tortured souls are Chained to them in the spirit world. Never returning again!
8 – 'WORMS' – Ever get a mean spirited faceless email? Ever read a heartless web posting? It happens every second of every day, if not to you, to someone else. These WORMS launch a Weak Offensive Rattling My Sanity!
9 – 'The Sign Of The Crossed' – Taught to believe in faith and the adage 'Do unto others'. Sometime I just wish others believed this as well! When was the last time you were Crossed?
10 – 'The Time' – Millions upon millions of people are addicted to their computers and the internet. The tiny time clock in the corner of the computer displays The Time.
11 – 'Mettle Eastern' – A Middle Eastern melody in a Metal song. A message about Meddling in the Middle East. A person of power using his Mettle to concentrate on other people’s problems. A Middle Eastern Metal song, speaking of mettle and meddling!!! Got it?
12 – 'In the Midst' – In the Midst of all of these heavy songs is this instrumental!
13 – 'Quaaludio' – In prelude to 'Abandoned' on Faces I had 'Predludio'. In prelude to 'The Temple' I have 'Quaaludio'. A nice calming piece of music, a musical Quaalude!
14 – 'The Temple' – Many temples stand for thousands of years, however the worshippers may disappear. Many fans including myself worship a certain band that has not played very much recently. How can we save this Sacred Mystic Temple? To save The Temple the band must play!
15 – 'Once Upon A Time' – We live one life. Some people are lucky enough to have found a true love once in their lifetime. To many it is a fairy tale. Many stories begin with the saying “Once upon a time”.
