KISS Guitarist Tommy Thayer - "Schoolhouse Rocker"

The Oregonian reports:
Tommy Thayer, lead guitarist for the glam rock band KISS, speaks Thursday to students in the "I Have a Dream" program at Neil Armstrong Middle School in Forest Grove about the value of hard work and determination, careers in music and his experiences as a performer. Thayer, a Cedar Hills native and 1978 graduate of Sunset High School, was in the city for a meeting of Pacific University's Board of Trustees, which he joined in 2005.
