KROKUS To Receive Gold Record Award In Zurich Tonight
April 10, 2007, 17 years ago
As previously reported, KROKUS will play the Alpenrock House in Zurich, Switzerland tonight. The band's Globe Club president Peter Waelti has issued the following update:
"Don't miss this event! This coming Wednesday, April 11th, 2007, Krokus will do some hellraisin' at the Alpenrock House in Zurich (by airport). Doors open at 7:00 PM, supporting act starts at 8:00 PM and your very own Krokus take the stage at 9:00 PM with an extensive set. Usually headliners at this venue start at 10:00 PM, however for this special event we start a little earlier. Be in time to make sure that you do not miss a part of the show.
I will have the honor to present the band on behalf of the Globe Club and all you fans their gold record award for their latest album, Hellraiser. And we want to do it in your company, because you're the ones we are thankful for your continued support. In a couple of hours I will take a plane from Denver via New York to Zurich and travel 5426 miles just to celebrate this event with you. If you can't stand the heat in the rock'n'roll kitchen, stay away. Otherwise, let's do some hellraisin' together and party all night (and sleep all day)!"
Rock On!
Peter Waelti
