Montreal-based deathcore six-piece DESPISED ICON just completed a new video, for the track 'In The Arms Of Perdition', with director Jean-Philippe Bernier. This clip is a performance-based offering that emphasizes the band’s frantic live intensity. The video has just been posted at the band’s MySpace page.
Despised Icon's new album, The Ills Of Modern Man (artwork pictured), is set for a May 22nd release. A special pre-order has been setup exclusively through Smartpunk. More info here.
The disc was recorded with producer/former guitarist Yannick St-Amand (BENEATH THE MASSACRE, ION DISSONANCE, NEURAXIS)
and mixed by the renowned Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, MEGADETH).
