"Up from the remains of recently deceased death metal band ETERNAL OATH rises brand new metal band FACESHIFT.This equally powerful beast features some of the original members of Eternal Oath, guitarists Peter Nagy and Petri Tarvainen as well as newcomers Stefan Norgren on drums and vocalist Timo Hovinen.
Their music blends dark and heavy guitar harmonies and riffs with a fresh input of melodic yet powerful vocals. The band's debut album, entitled Reconcile, was recorded at Offbeat studio and will be released in the summer of 2007."

Meanwhile, a message at the band's official "currently under construction" website, faceshift.se, reveals that the band are scheduled to make their premier performance on May 26th at Club Blacksmith in Södertälje, Sweden.
