A new interview is now available with Michael "Moose" Thomas, drummer for BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE, that was conducted during the band's recent tour stop in Worcester, MA.

Michael talks about his and the band's musical roots, their career to date, touring with IRON MAIDEN and their progress on their upcoming album.

"This record is more of what we like to do... a lot faster than The Poison, it’s heavier. It’s more of the songs we wanted to do now, The Poison was like a collection of songs that were hanging around forever, three to five years and a few songs have been added to it but this album was written in the space of twelve months... in my eyes it’s a much better album."

Continuing on about the writing process Michael adds, "We write music as a band so we just leave the lyrics to Matt I don’t like the whole emo thing... There’s a song about warfare on this record, a song about someone bullying, then some about demons".

The full interview can be read at the UVTV website.

The album is being produced by Colin Richardson (MACHINE HEAD, FEAR FACTORY, NAPALM DEATH) and an October release is anticipated.

Some live videos of Bullet For My Valentine are also available for viewing.

The clips were filmed at The Furnace in Syracuse, NY.
