Guitarist Tommy Thayer will appear along with frontman/bassist Gene Simmons in a hour-long Gene Simmons Family Jewels special, Uncle Gene Wants You, this Sunday night, May 20th at 9:00 pm/8:00 pm Central on A&E.; Inspired by the dedication and patriotism of the US Armed Forces, Gene and Tommy record and perform a medley of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine anthems, culminating in a live performance for the US troops at San Diego's Camp Pendleton.
