Frontiers Records has announced the tracklisting for the forthcoming HALFORD "best of" release, Metal God Essentials - Volume 1" out in Europe on June 8th.

The album includes the Halford band's first new songs in more than four years - 'Forgotten Generation' and 'Drop Out' - plus an exclusive Attie Bauw mix for 'Redemption' and the 1999 demo version of 'Silent Screams'.

Metal God Essentials, which comes with a luxury 20 pages full colour booklet, offers a Bonus DVD featuring eight (8) Halford promotional videos in an enhanced digi-pack. The contents are: 'Resurrection - Behind The Scenes Rob Halford Vox Sessions, Live Insurrection - Behind The Scenes Halford Band On Tour, 'Made In Hell' (Video), 'Betrayal' (Video), 'In The Morning' (Video), 'Silent Screams' - Live at Rock In Rio III, 'Never Satisfied' - Live Crucible Film, Forgotten Generation - Metal God Essentials (Video).

Frontiers Records will also release three (3) new box sets during the fall 2007 and in early 2008.

The FIGHT and Halford box sets will feature a 5.1 DVD documentary and live concert performance, remastered audio releases, expanded booklet, rare and unreleased photos and liner notes.

The box sets are tentatively titled: Fight - War Of Words The Film - Box Set, Halford - Live at Rock In Rio III - Box Set, Halford - Live Crucible World Tour - Box Set.
