Machine Head leader Robb Flynn recently issued the following in regards to the band's European dates: "SO stoked about the run we have ahead of us, the Rock Am Ring / Rock Am Park Festivals in Germany, Download Festival in the UK, Metal Town Festival in Sweden, Hellfest in France, the prestigious Roskilde Festival in Denmark, supporting IRON MAIDEN in Rome at Olympic Stadium (man that just SOUNDS huge!) plus Headlining a bunch of one-offs and being able to bring out some of our favorite US and European bands as support, including our boys in KILLSWITCH, our bruthas from other muthas LAMB OF GOD, the mighty CHIMAIRA, MASTADON, our friends CALIBAN, the crushing DEW SCENTED and AS I LAY DYING. God damn...!?...this is gonna be a friggin’ BLAST!! Looking forward to seeing all you vodka-soaked Head Cases out there in force, destroying shit!!!"
