Montreal's DESPISED ICON have issued the following update from their tour with THE RED CHORD, ALL SHALL PARISH, SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY and THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD:

"We just wanted to write a quick update while we have a chance. First off, sorry to everyone on here for not being able to answer your messages or comments, we really don't have too much time to check our myspace account but thanks to everyone here who's been supporting us, who bought the new CD and who's coming out to see us every night and grabbing some shirts...for those whose cities we don't hit on this tour and keep asking about merch, you can pick up everything at our merchstore. This tour has been going amazing. it's so much fun hanging out our friends and meeting new ones every night. we just got dates in for our next US run that starts in August, can't say who it's with yet, but just keep checking back here for details. we're going to be hitting cities that we missed this time around...and to our Canadian fans, don't worry, a pretty big Canadian run is currently being mapped out for November. Some of you saw our video for 'The Arms Of Perdition' hit MTV last week, it's going to be on MuchLoud tomorrow night for our Canadian fans...speaking of videos, we're working on the story-line for our second video as I type, it should be killer. Lastly, we have a new website . Many thanks to Portland at Sons of Nero for that and this fancy Myspace layout, you rule man - thanks again!
