SAVATAGE / TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA / DORO guitarist Chris Caffery has issued the following update:
"Hi all!Chicago/Mokena was frickin' awesome! So many great fans!
Last night (June 16th) in St. Paul was extremely interesting. Of course noone knew I was playing. It was an all female metal fest (Flight Of The Valkyries Metal Fest). Well, bands with female singers. So, I did my first show as a lesbian!
I tried me breast! ;-)
It was cool, the promoter was totally unaware that I was coming and was more than happy to give my band a time slot. Still had lots of fans there, word of mouth is an amazing thing. The stage was really hot, but the voice is holding up great and the band played great. John 'Keith Moonshine' Macaluso had a great solo as usual, Bones and LaPlaca had a nice dinner together. You should ask them about it!!!
On our way to Topeka now. Wish this US run had another month on it. Really miss touring the states in the summer!"

As previously reported, Caffery's North American tour schedule is as follows. All shows are with Doro. He will be playing a 45 minute opening set each night (barring "technical" difficulties) before taking the stage with her band.
