BORN FROM PAIN Decide Against Second Anniversary Show
June 28, 2007, 17 years ago
Metal Blade Europe has issued the following update from BORN FROM PAIN, in regards to the band's ongoing debate on whether or not to throw a second Anniversary show:
"Anniversary show that we were possibly planning for Thursday, June 28th. We had about a 150 reservations already and an awesome surprise guest for the show, but it was increasingly turning out to be a problem logistically with just 3 weeks to get everything promoted decently again and get everything together the way we wanted to.Something else we have discussed the last week is the fact that, besides an Anniversary show, it's the last show of Che. 1 The day before without him just didn't feel right. Another reason is that we couldn't get a clear view on the whole pre-sale situatiuon for the Friday (as a lot of people might understand since they had the same problem...), so to make it easy we decided to just do the one on the Friday.
Like we said before, make sure you are there at 7 PM if you don't have a ticket yet, people might be late picking tickets up. It's a risk but we figure there's good chance... Sorry for everyone who reserved tickets at the venue for the Thursday.
Hope we can make it up at some point."
