As previously reported, "pop culture icon" Bam Margera is releasing his Viva La Bands, Vol. 2 on September 4th. The CD features exclusive tracks, written and recorded for the CD/DVD combo from some of Bam’s favorite acts like CLUTCH, IN FLAMES, CKY, CHILDREN OF BODOM, VIKING SKULL and VAINS OF JENNA. A US-exclusive track from SHINY TOY GUNS and music from other faves like GWAR, THE SOUNDS, DIMMU BORGIR and KILL HANNAH also appears on the compilation.

VLB Radio has been launched here and is streaming new tracks by In Flames, Viking Skull, Children Of Bodom, Clutch and CKY.

The DVD component to this release contains almost an hour of never-before-seen Bam footage - a must-have for the ‘Jackass generation!’ Revealing what makes the DVD special, Bam says, “I’m finding some of my best, unused footage for the DVD. Everyone keeps asking me for a CKY5 but I think this DVD might be the closest thing to that!"

As reported earlier today, coinciding with the compilation is The RockStar Viva La Bands Tour which will hit 30 cities in the US and Canada from September 24th through November 3rd. Featured acts include CRADLE OF FILTH, CKY (featuring Bam’s brother, Jesse Margera) and VAINS OF JENNA, who Bam recently signed to his Filthy Note records. Another very special guest act will be announced later this summer. Bam and some of his well-known friends will also be hosting a number of the live shows.
