According to an update at guitarist Steve Vai's official website, his July 19th show in Birmingham, UK was delayed due to himself and the band being "held up at UK immigration due to work visa issues." The following statement has been issued:

"We would like to apologize to fans who were kept waiting at the show, or who were confused by different messages about whether the show would take place or not. Steve and the band overcame all obstactles and put on a show that was on par with everything you would expect from him and his band. It's just a shame they had to go on an hour late, and we thank you for your patience."

As previously reported, Vai is currently on tour in support of Sound Theories. His schedule is now as follows:
