CHRIS CAFFERY Jams With AC/DC Members On Stage In Poughkeepsie

SAVATAGE / TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA / DORO guitarist Chris Caffery has checked in with the following update:
"OK...I have jammed with a lot of cool people...tonite was extra special!I was invited up to play 'Highway To Hell' with Brian Johnson and Cliff Williams of AC/DC at the Chance in Poughkeepsie. I was not planning on going anywhere tonite, but decided to head out at the last minute. Joe Lynn Turner was also singing along with special guest Jessie James Dupree from JACKYL. This was for the John Entwistle Foundation, Classic Rock Cares. I saw this show in Atlantic City last week. Brian and Joe asked if I was interested in getting involved with this in my off time. I hope this just the first of many times I get to share the stage with these guys. It is a great thing they are doing. The proceeds go to fund musical instruments for underpriveleged kids.
What an incredible experience. Brian is the coolest and funniest person I have ever met! They were pretty excited to see what a great place Poughkeepsie is to play. Gotta love it there! I know there are photos somewhere, I am going to try to track some down!!!
It was a rough day going to my friend's funeral (guitarist Bill Perry). I decided to go out to listen to music and be with friends. It was a wise decision.
ZO2 was opening the show. I arrived after their set was over. It was great to see Skippy(Dave), won't be long til we are onstage every day!"
