Guitarist Matthias Jabs recently revealed that the band will be touring the US in 2008: "Yes we are coming to the US," he says, "but just for a few shows this year (we try to be everywhere in the world within 2007). Azoff management is already working on a 90 dates tour for next year with a great package in the US."

As previously reported, the Scorpions' new album, Humanity - Hour 1, will be released by Universal Music in North America on August 28th to coincide with the band's Canadian live dates. The album is out now in most territories via Ariola Records.
