According to Jody Demling from The Courier-Journal, the already exciting and somewhat bizarre pairings at Fuzzy Zoeller's Wolf Challenge got a little more unusual yesterday.

Zoeller announced that rock star ALICE COOPER will join him, along with John Daly, Lee Trevino and Indiana University men's basketball coach Kelvin Sampson in Monday's portion of the Wolf Challenge at Covered Bridge Golf Club in Sellersburg, Ind.

Cooper, whose illustrious career as a singer, songwriter and musician spans four decades, has played in the Magnolia Health Systems Wolf Challenge before but never in the Monday portion alongside Zoeller in the featured group.

"It should be a lot of fun," Zoeller said. "I'm glad I have friends."

The 11th annual Wolf Challenge will begin Sunday with a pro-am tournament. Among the celebrities scheduled to play that day are Vince Coleman, Dan Jansen, Tony Rice, Oliver Miller, Dave Ragone and Donnie Most.

Some of the PGA pros expected to compete are Dana Quigley, Hubert Green, Allen Doyle, Andy Bean and Russ Cochran.

On Monday, Zoeller and his four friends will tee it up in the "wolf" portion of the event. Daly is known for his long drives and cutting up with the fans, and Trevino is famous for his joking manner on the links.

Tickets are $25 for one day or $40 for both days. Tickets can be purchased by going to www.fuzwolf.com or by calling (812) 246-8200.
