Finland's MASTERSTROKE Sign With Dynamic Arts; New Album Due In November
August 21, 2007, 17 years ago
Dynamic Arts Records has inked a recording deal with rising Finnish stars on melodic heavy metal scene, MASTERSTROKE.
The band's history began in 2002. After a few line-up changes and several gigs the band received a well-earned recording deal. Debut album Apocalypse was supposed to hit worldwide markets through their previous record label JMT Music. Unfortunately - it didn't happen. In the end Apocalypse was released only in Japan, Russia and CIS-countries due to the label's bankruptcy.
This didn't stop Masterstroke. The band started to rehearse for their next album and commenced to hunt for a new label to release their material. The best option to make things happen was Dynamic Arts Records. At the moment the quintet is in studio capturing their second full-length album, entitled Sleep. The album (artwork pictured) will be released in November.
