Unauthorized ROBERT PLANT Bio Due To Be Issued In February

UK journalist Neil Daniels' ROBERT PLANT bio, based on the LED ZEPPELIN frontman's solo career, entitled Robert Plant: Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page & The Solo Years, will be available through IMP in February, 2008.
Says Daniels, "Robert Plant: Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page & The Solo Years will be a full exploration of Plant's revered solo career, post-Led Zeppelin; although there will be a chapter on both his pre-Led Zeppelin days and the 12-year span that Zeppelin existed as seen from Plant's perspective.
Oddly his solo career has been largely neglected by rock authors and as there is already a library of books on Zeppelin it would be futile writing yet another book on the band.
There has also been books on John Bonham, Jimmy Page and manager Peter Grant but never a book on Planty. The book will include fresh interviews with childhood friends, former colleagues and fans and admirers.
The book will also include an informative Appendices which will add substance to the story of his solo years."
