As previously reported, The End Records has set October 30th as the release date for the debut album, entitled Air, from AGUA DE ANNIQUE, the new band The Gathering's former singer, Anneke van Giersbergen.
The band's music is said to "capture the solace and beauty of life, told through a wondrous backdrop of musical arrangements and emotionally-drenched lyrics."
Anneke recently issued the following: "I'm glad to let you know that my official website is online. This site is created by Wilf, who is also working on a beautiful animated music video for the song 'Day After Yesterday'. I will keep you posted on that for sure.
Also, I received lots of lovely messages over the last few weeks and I would like to thank you very very much for sharing these with me. I feel very fortunate to receive so much support from you guys."
Two new songs, 'Day After Yesterday' and 'Beautiful One', are available for streaming on the site in the "Listen" section.
