ADELAIDE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA To Play DEEP PURPLE

According to DEEP PURPLE fan-site Thehighwaystar.com, the ADELAIDE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA has penciled in for the upcoming season two concerts with Deep Purple music on Friday, March 28, 2008 and Saturday, March 29, 2008. Both concerts will be performed at the Festival Theatre in Adelaide, Australia. ASO will perform together with rock vocalist Vince Contarino (ZEP BOYS) and other Aussie rock musicians. The program appears to consist of Purple staples arranged for the orchestra. Tickets go on sale on December 1.
