MetalHead.ro has issued an interview with LEAVES' EYES vocalist Alexander Krull (ATROCITY). The following is an excerpt from the interview:

Q: We'll start with a question I guess you have answered a thousand times: how did Leaves' Eyes take shape?

A: "Hello guys! When Liv and me had a walk through the forest close to where we are living we had the idea to do something together. Liv had a great lyrical concept and we worked out some great musical ideas to it. So actually we formed Leaves' Eyes as a real band and since then it goes really good with everything!"

Q: Could you see the band without Liv?

A: "We don't want to make the band without her.... what a question... ha,ha,ha."

Q: How's life as a producer and musician at the same time?

A: "It's going really great. That's my path I chose, I dedicated my whole life to Metal and the whole musical lifestyle around it. I'm very happy to make my dreams come true although it means a lot of work and sometimes it's very stressful with all the things you have to do. But anyway, that's my passion, that's my life. And everything I do, I do it with passion. I love to work with other bands and I enjoy working with my band mates of course and sharing the stage with them for so many years now. They are my friends and we are like a family!

And last but not least it is a great pleasure and it is fantastic to meet our fans all over the world and having great shows together with the audience."

Q: Who handles the design, costumes, background of the band?

A: "Within the band we always discuss how we would like to see the next design, artwork and stuff. When we know how we want it I take care of all those stuff, talking to the graphical designer, the label, video company etc."
