YAKUZA Record PINK FLOYD Classic For Upcoming Syd Barrett Tribute Record

YAKUZA have just recorded a version of PINK FLOYD's 'Lucifer Sam' (with Sanford Parker) for an upcoming Syd Barrett tribute record which will be released by Dwell records shortly.
As previously reported, UK-based label Eyes Of Sound are releasing Yakuza's Samsara, the first in a limited gatefold vinyl series. Originally released in 2006 via Prostheitc Records, this limited edition of 500 gatefold LPs also features an exclusive remix of 'Back To The Mountain' by the infamous James Plotkin (KHANATE, O.L.D, SCORN, SUNN O))), EARTH) and comes on a luxurious double 180g coloured vinyl. The album features guests appearances by pianist Jim Baker, cellist Fred Lonberg-Holm, Sanford Parker, and MASTODON's Troy Sanders. The Samsara vinyl will be released October 20th worldwide.
