Vodafone Live Music Awards To Present Lifetime Achievement Honor To Late QUEEN Frontman Freddie Mercury

According to QUEEN guitarist Brian May's official website, this year's Vodafone Live Music Awards will see the presentation of the second Freddie Mercury Lifetime Achievement Award, which was won in 2006 by THE WHO. The awards take place on 19 September at Brompton Hall, Earls Court, London, and televised in the UK on Channel 4 at 11pm the same evening. Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor will not be attending the event.
