KONKHRA - New Album Update

KONKHRA vocalist/guitarist Anders Lundemark issued the following blog earlier today:
"Ok, we got the mix! But, we have decided to record a little more for the record. Two new tracks are being recorded this weekend: 'Writhe In Flesh' and 'Doctrines Of Death'. It seems like this record is turning out to be almost conceptual, and the general topic is a blatant attack on all kinds of Religion. Seriously, when over half the population in the western hemisphere chooses a 1500-2000 year old scripture and turns their collective back on scientific facts, it seems that it hasn't been done enough. Obviously though, this attack of ours ain't anchored in some satanic antichristian adolescent haze, but an attack on everything that is replacing intelligent thought with any kind of religious dogma. WE know, that you cant outlaw stupidity, but at least we can try our own little wake up call.The two new tracks are just what the record misses, we think. One is a full on blast attack a little in the vein of 'Hail To The King'. The other is a mid-tempo old school death metal hymn. We should have everything ready by the first of October."
