DARK FORTRESS - New Album Titled Revealed

German black metal outfit DARK FORTRESS have successfully finished the vocal recordings for their new album. The band have issued the following update:
"At the moment guitarist V. Santura is working on the mix. We hereby would like to seize the opportunity to clarify two things:1. Our new frontman Morean is not the singer, but the guitarist of the band NONEUCLID! The vocal styles of NONEUCLID and Dark Fortress are actually quite different.
2. The forthcoming album, which initially was entitled Scum, is now named Eidolon. The musical compositions remained, but new lyrics and vocal lines have been written and arranged. Eidolon is a concept album which in its nine chapters describes the initiation, dehumanization and unearthly rebirth of a transcending soul by mirror magic and astral projection.
Furthermore, Dark Fortress are confirmed for Metalcamp Festival 2008 (July 4th-6th, 2008) in Tolmin, Slovenia."
