California-based power metallers AGENT STEEL have issued the following update:

"First of all, we'd like to thank everyone who attended the Agent Steel - Alienigma European tour last month, it was great seeing and meeting all of you at the shows; special thanks to AFTER ALL, Dj - tour manager/FOH, Volker the amazing driver, Elias for all the support in Thessaloniki, and of course all the crazy metalheads from Austria, Greece, Slovenia, Serbia, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, and all of you who travelled vast distances from all parts of Europe in joining us in the celebration of heavy metal, and our new CD release...a Big horns up!!!

Now a very important update, Agent Steel will not be performing in Mexico along with EXODUS on October 25, 26, and 27th - we were hesitant to post the tour dates here earlier for this reason. The band was booked under false pretense by a promoter who failed to fulfill even basic requirements. It later surfaced that promoter in question was involved in other show related controversies earlier this year in March. Agent Steel and Exodus are sorry to let down the metal fans on these scheduled and now cancelled shows, but after failing to meet several deadlines for deposits, airfares, and basic information; Alejandro Quijano Ramos of Live Gigs Entertainment gave us no other option; We will try in the future to reschedule with a reputable promoter for Mexico."
