TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA violinist Anna Phoebe has checked in with the following update:

"The gig last night was great - it was only the second time TSO had played in New Orleans. The first was my FIRST ever year four years ago when we played at the Saenger Theatre. Apparently it got destroyed in Katrina and hasn't been completely renovated yet. We tripled our audience from that first show and last night played at the New Orleans Arena. Thank you to everyone who waited those three years and came to see the show last night!! All the people in the meet n greet line afterwards were the loveliest people ever!

Today we're in Jackson - Johnny Lee has been singing the Johnny Cash tune...

Two shows today - our first matinee day!! My fabulous all-girl string section are with me for another day so they've saved me from a couple of days of string rehearsal! Hurra!!
