French Canadian death metal band BENEATH THE MASSACRE has offered up a post-tour update, upon last night's completion of The Radio Rebellion tour, featuring BEHEMOTH, JOB FOR A COWBOY, and label-mates GOJIRA. The band issued this update:
"So one more US tour over. That was the fourth since May '07 and the last of the year. The Radio Rebellion Tour was by far the best thing we ever been on. We'd like to thank the sponsors, the agencies and every musician and crew members of Gojira, Job For A Cowboy and Behemoth; We'll miss you guys! Mention of honour to the Atlanta, Hollywood, Denver, San Francisco, and Worcester shows: You guys were amazing! And of course, as always Toronto and Montreal represented as fuck for the Canadian part of the tour. Special thanks to the lights guy in NYC for overusing strobe lights and making Elliot (Desgagnés, vocals) trip on stage - FUCKING PRICELESS. And of course, we have to apologize to the people in Philadelphia; we'll be back, don't worry. Besides that, we're taking some time off the road to write new material. We will be doing a few headlining shows in Canada... Then our first European Tour in January. And we'll soon announce our upcoming tour in the US.....stay tuned!!"To see footage of Beneath The Massacre performing the track 'Society's Disposable Son' live, head here.
