San Jose-based power metallers IMAGIKA has signed a worldwide deal with Locomotive Records for the release of their new CD, Feast For The Hated. The release date is April 25th, 2008 for Europe and a non-confirmed date in May for the rest of the world. The band's last CD, My Bloodied Wings, will still be released by Sleaszy Rider in Europe. This is a re-release with new art and the bonus track 'Haunt Me'. The release is scheduled for January 2008. Imagika has also signed with the Extreme Music Agency for all future bookings.

In other news, long-time bassist Elena Luciano has left the band after six years due to “personal issues.” Her replacement is San Francisco Bay Area Metal veteran Jim Pegram. Also Corey Krick comes in as second guitarist. According to a band update, "both new members bring a fresh attitude and enthusiasm to the band and Imagika looks forward to their future involvement. Happy New Year indeed!"
