ARTILLERY Celebrating 25 Years In The Trash

BW&BK; has received the following press release from Danish thrashers ARTILLERY:
"A lot of guitar strings, drum sticks - earplugs etc. have been broken since Artillery was formed back in 1982 – And nowadays 25 years later there’s still plenty of steam in the old Artillery Thrash Machine still consisting of Carsten – Morten and Michael - three original members from 1982 – and Peter which joined the band in 1989 and not to forget our newest member Søren joining in 2007, a guy that fits the band perfectly and it really feels like the strongest line-up in the history of Artillery, and there’s no doubt that it makes it very enjoyable to rehearse, and we really enjoy each others company….so everything is working out very well for the band at the moment.The Line-up:
Søren Adamsen – Vocals
Morten Stützer – Guitar
Michael Stützer – Guitar
Peter Thorslund – Bass
Carsten N. Nielsen – Drums
In the year 2008 we will be back on the stage all over Europe, hopefully enjoying ourselves playing live again, for the first time in approximately 10 years. In March we will be recording a Live DVD, during the MetalMania Festival in Katowice in Poland. Well that’s all for now, but we are pretty much sure, that you are going to hear a lot more from us in 2008.
