As reported back in August, JOE LYNN TURNER (RAINBOW, DEEP PURPLE, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN) has been working on helping to put together the "super group" BIG NOIZE for several months. The band includes: JLT, guitarist Carlos Cavazo (QUIET RIOT), drummer Vinny Appice (DIO, BLACK SABBATH), bassist Phil Soussan (OZZY OSBOURNE, BILLY IDOL) and keyboardist Gary Corbett (CINDERELLA, LOU GRAMM).

According to a new press release, "this supergroup intends to start off by playing the favored hits that the individual members were known for, either because they wrote them or they performed them during their times of biggest chart success. After at least a year or so of playing these songs, Big Noize hopes to start to feature new and original songs which will be written by the songwriting powerhouse that these four musician/writers represent."
