JAMES MURPHY To Mix New BLOODSHOTEYE Album

Leamington, Ontario-based metallers BLOODSHOTEYE have posted the following update at their MySpace page:
"Just an update on what's going on in the BSE camp. We are finishing up writing our third album and will start recording in Febuary at Spectre Sound Studio in Windsor (ON).Now I know every band says 'our new album is going to be heavier then the last' but... our album hands down WILL be heavier then our previous albums, I promise!!
We have written some heavier, faster and darker material, adding our second guitarist Jamie to the line-up has taken our music to the next level.
Not only are we writing heavier but we want the album to sound as heavy and loud as possible.
With that said we've tapped ledgendary guitarist/turned producer James Murphy (ex TESTAMENT, DEATH, OBITUARY) to handle the mixing and mastering of the album!
We're shooting for a summer release and plan on touring in support of the new album there after.
We've also been in talks with an American booking agency in hopes of finally bringing BSE to the states in 08! We'll keep you posted on the progress of the new album."
