Rise Above Records' Lee Dorrian Comments On His Label's Participation At This Year's Roadburn Festival; DOWN To Headline

Rise Above Records founder, Lee Dorrian, recently commented on his label's participation at the 13th annual Roadburn Festival, taking place April 18th - 19th, at the 013 Club in Tilburg, The Netherlands:
"The deal is sealed. DOWN are headlining Roadburn's Rise Above night (set for Thursday April 17th at 013, Tilburg, Holland) and will be joined on the main stage by GRAND MAGUS and CAPRICORNS.DIAGONAL are making their debut live appearance outside the UK with their blend of Vertigo label inspired jazz rock - meets Canterbury flavoured kraut rock. TAINT will simply destroy, as they always. LITMUS’ brand of violent space rock will drag you the outer limits of unearthly ejection.
Belgium’s SERPENT CULT add an extreme dose of heavy doom, set to smash skulls apart, which we are delighted about. Also adding a different angle to the proceedings are the fantastic horror rock sounds of Holland’s very own THE DEVIL'S BLOOD.
All in all a great night of varied heavy sounds is there to be had, with ELECTRIC WIZARD, WITCHCRAFT, GENTLEMAN'S PISTOL'S rounding off a great celebration for Rise Above’s 20th year at this years Roadburn."
