TWISTED SISTER Frontman On Station Nightclub Benefit - "This Event Is About Music Fans Desperately In Need"

According to Bostonherald.com, organizers of a benefit show for the Station nightclub fire victims announced yesterday that country stars John Rich of BIG & RICH, ALABAMA’s Randy Owen, DIERKS BENTLEY, KELLIE PICKLER and GRETCHEN WILSON will be joining TWISTED SISTER, TESLA, STRYPER and more on stage.
Sister frontman Dee Snider, who will emcee the metal portion of the show, extended the invite to Rich and his fellow cowboys and cowgirls to join the headbangers at the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence on Feb. 25.
The best explanation for this little bit of country, little bit of heavy metal mash-up came from Snider who said, “This event is about music fans desperately in need, so it’s important (it’s) supported by musicians of all genres. We are so happy to welcome John Rich and his rowdy friends aboard for this very important mission.”
