DEEP PURPLE Launches "How Deep is Your Love?" Valentine's Day Contest

DEEP PURPLE's official here has been updated as follows:
"Just in time for Valentine’s Day, DeepPurple.com wants you, the fans, to show your love for the band. Deep Purple fans have already expressed their dedication in the past with the Holiday Scrapbook, and we want you to continue displaying that enthusiasm.To enter, submit any form of media which proves how big of a fan you really are. Almost anything you can think of will work, so get creative!
Need some ideas? You certainly aren’t restricted to these, but here’s a few to get the ball rolling:
- Send us photos of your greatest Deep Purple tattoo…- Record yourself jammin’ out to “Highway Star”…
- Paint a picture of the band…
- Display your wall of DP memorabilia…
- Sing karaoke on “Woman from Tokyo”…
- Show off your shrine to Ian Gillan…
Send all entries to contests@deeppurple.org and be sure to include “Valentine’s Day Contest” in the subject line. You have until 11:59pm (EST) on February 13th to submit.
On Valentine’s Day, February 14th, one lucky winner will be showcased on the homepage of DeepPurple.com, as well as receive an autographed photo of the band and matching $45 gift cards to the Deep Purple store (one for you and one for your Valentine!). We will also be revealing a special gallery of runner-up contestants.
