New York's SWORN ENEMY released their new album Maniacal today (February 12th) in North America via Century Media.

“Our new record is by far our best and thrashiest work yet," says guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci. "These songs are meant to be played live. We're focused on changing the way people perceived us in the past, and convincing them that Sworn Enemy is a real band with the right attitude. Maniacal is the proof of that.”

A video for the track 'A Place of Solace' was recently shot by acclaimed director David Brodsky (GWAR, THE RED CHORD). Look for it to make its debut later this month, but in the meantime, click below to view behind-the-scenes footage from the video shoot, which took place in an abandoned mental institution in the NYC area.

Sworn Enemy kicks off the North American touring cycle for Maniacal, co-produced by Tim Lambesis (AS I LAY DYING) and Joey Z (LIFE OF AGONY), on February 29th as part of the much-anticipated Earth Crisis reunion tour, a month-long trek which also features TERROR, SHAI HULUD, DOWN TO NOTHING and RECON.
