Janne Stark: "SALT Is No More... Long Live BALLS"

Swedish guitarist JANNE STARK (OVERDRIVE, LOCOMOTIVE BREATH) has issued the following update:
"As the band found out there was another Swedish Christian pop band named SALT, an eighties band now reunited, they decided to change the name before the release of the debut album.BALLS is simply the initials of the members’ surnames. The line-up features Robban Björk (drums), Mikael “Nord” Andersson (guitar - NORD, ROXETTE, JAMIE WALTERS, PRIVATE EYE etc), Björn Lodin (vocals - BALTIMOORE, SIX FEET UNDER), Björn Lundkvist (bass) and Janne Stark (guitar - Overdrive, Locomotive Breath).
The name also fits the musical direction perfectly - riff-oriented bluesy heavy rock with tons of balls!
The debut album is currently being recorded and planned to be released before the summer. No title is yet decided, but the new band name suggests several intricate option...
