The website for former VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony has issued the following update:
"Earlier this month, Michael joined SAMMY HAGAR AND THE WABOS on stage at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, NV.After laying down the bass on a smattering of VH tunes mid-way through the show, Michael returned to the stage for an encore and brought along a couple of his friends to join in on the party! - namely, THE RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS' Chad Smith and the one and only JOE SATRIANI.
The hard rockin' quartet then proceeded to tear it up even more as they blazed their way through 'Mr. Fantasy', 'Goin' Down', and an extended version of 'Rock And Roll'."
