ARCH ENEMY frontwoman Angela Gossow has posted the following at her MySpace page:
"My friend Eiko needs support to fight Leukemia!Eiko - a wonderful Japanese Arch Enemy girl - is fighting for her life. I want her to know that we are all with her! Please leave a little comment/greeting - she will read it and I hope it will ease her loneliness and fear a little..
Eiko has Leukemia. She has been through several chemotherapy treatments already and will need a marrow transplant now.
Eiko - please keep your spirits up and fight! Beat the disease. Don’t give up!!! Here is my letter to you (click on image at left to enlarge) - I will send it to you and some other nice things. I am with you and your friend Aki is a wonderful person. She will be there too next time I come to Japan - then I want to meet YOU!!!"
