As previously reported, Canadian thrash legends SACRIFICE are back to perform for the first time since their reunion show in 2006. The original lineup of Rob Urbinati (guitar/vocals), Joe Rico (guitar), Gus Pynn (drums) and Scott Watts (bass) will be headlining the second night of the Manitoba Metalfest 2008 tonight (Saturday, March 28th) at the Zoo in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Urbinati comments: "We just had our last rehearsal in Toronto before we leave for our show Saturday, March 29th in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The set is sounding tighter than ever, we can’t wait to get onstage again. Looks like we may play a new song "Hiroshima", and obviously lots of the classic material. Looking forward to meeting up with Into Eternity before their show Friday, hopefully they won’t destroy the place prior to us playing!"
