THRESHOLD Look Forward To MICK POINTER's Script For A Jester's Tour

UK-based progressive metallers THRESHOLD have issued the following update:
Threshold will be meeting up with many old friends when ex-MARILLION drummer MICK POINTER takes his Script For A Jester's Tour to Spain for the Minnuendo Fest on July 19th.
Mick Pointer and his band will join Threshold on the Minnuendo Fest bill with his 25th anniversary tour of Marillion's highly acclaimed debut album Script For A Jester's Tear, which first hit the UK album charts in the spring of 1983. The tour lineup also includes guitarist Nick Barrett (PENDRAGON), keyboardist Mike Varty (CREDO), bassist Ian Salmon (ARENA) and vocalist Brian Cummings (CARPET CRAWLERS).
"I'm looking forward to the Minnuendo Fest this summer as we haven't played in Spain since Damian last toured with us", commented Threshold guitarist Karl Groom, who saw the band's original vocalist Damian Wilson return for Threshold's tour dates last year after a ten year absence."It'll also be good to see Mick's band play as I sometimes work with him and Nick in the studio" added Karl, who has produced a number of bands including Pendragon and Arena at his Thin Ice Studios facility in the south of England.
"Also Rich and I have toured with Shadowland in the past with Ian and Mike both being past members as well."
Minnuendo Fest takes place in Peralta, Navarra (Spain) on July, 19th, 2008.
